Summary: I still find this chapter overwhelming to some extent. The “on line” feature found in other chapters was not indicated except in the very beginning. Although this chapter is focused on the internet, it might still follow the format used throughout the book concerning on-line activities and some of the sections where there are so many URLs given might benefit from being organized with boxed lists.
