Chanel, Ultima, Estee Lauder, M.A.C. and many more. We offer the complete makeover service for weddings, shoots, proms
and many other occasions and events, where an online booking will be available for customer's convenience. My entire price list
will be in Canadian dollars.

WHY MY BUSINESS WILL BE A SUCCESS…

I believe that “M.E.M. Exotica” will launch a great success because women are becoming more and more aware of their looks.
With all the advertising, happening on television, in the magazines and on the net, women like you and are being manipulated on
how to look beautiful and how we can manage to perceive the “perfect look”. The Internet is the most powerful marketing tool.
Therefore in my opinion with all the preparations and endless day-to-day life, they can go online in the comfort of their home, or
office and women planning to get married for example will help meet the need of convenience without having to rush anything.

SITE DESCRIPTION…

I will build an online service site where my market will browse through the in depth description of my services and knowledge as
a makeup artist and portfolio as well as the price list. There will be an email address and a telephone number for appointments. I
hope to capture the viewer's attention with exotic (decent) photographs and colors. As of now, these are the current ideas I
have for the site.

THE OFFER…

I intend to promote the makeup service and basically sell myself as an artist. For now it is an online makeup service and I may
consider adding to sell my products to the web site in the future, depending on its success and responses that I will achieve.

WHY THIS BUSINESS NOW…

I feel with all the advertising and manipulation that Fashion and Beauty leads today, women want to look and fell as beautiful as
they can be. My web site offers a relaxing and easy to navigate experience that you can trust because there are no personal
information that is required or asked to be given out, only by the customer's request and choice through personal email. Second,
with all the planning that a bride has to take care of for example, there is no time for her to look for a makeup artist at the last
minute. This is where I come in handy and in the convenience of her home or even at work she will find what she is looking for at
the click of a mouse.

MOTIVATION…

I have been doing makeup for over 6 years, and I still love it. Knowing that I am using my art to make someone as beautiful as
they would like to be, on one of the most important days of their life, is the most satisfying part of my job. In fact it is just as
enjoyable, especially when I see the results and the outcome of all the work and effort put into it.

AUDIENCE…

Since makeup is involved, women of all ages are preferably targeted. Whether it's her first date, her prom or even her wedding
day, they will know where to find me.

The reason that people will buy is that women are always in demand when it comes to makeup and beauty. When it's their
special day or evening, they would like to relax and be pampered by someone who knows what the profession is all about and
how to make them look and feel beautiful. For all occasions and events makeup can make a difference, it will be more enjoyable
and feeling on top of the world all night. Using the highest quality of cosmetic brands they will definitely be satisfied with the
results and outcome of the whole process. I am very unique in offering the Middle Eastern Makeup (M.E.M.) to my clients

My potential customers are the women whom their budget fit my price list and in which I can accommodate their needs by
providing and offering my makeup services for any occasion or event. The service is available only in the Toronto area.

My major competitors are other online makeup services. Since this is a new site that will be launched, it will take time to find
new clients; word to mouth will be the best way to advertise my site. I believe my site will be more intriguing to the prospects
because my prices are highly competitive comparing to other artists. I know my experience and knowledge will help myself
